New micropub planned for Welling
Plans have been submitted for another micropub in Bexley borough.
This one is in Welling at 56 Wrotham Road. It was a dry cleaners.
In keeping with most micropubs opening times are more limited than traditional pubs. They are seeking:
- Monday to Friday – Open 12.00pm – Closed 10.30pm
- Saturday – Open 12.00pm – Closed 11.00pm
- Sunday and Bank Holidays -Open 12.00pm – Closed 10.30pm
In November 2019 there was an application to open a micropub in Albany Park.
Before that plans in 2019 alone included:
- Bexleyheath at 149 Long Lane
- Falconwood at 12 Falconwood Parade
- Blackfen at 17 Wellington Avenue next to a pie and mash shop.
