Driver crashes into Plumstead cafe
A driver has hit a cafe near Plumstead station.
The Cafe Royal near Plumstead station saw it shutters ripped off in the impact which saw emergency services attend in numbers.
This stretch of road has been pretty infamous. Poor parking has been a common issue, with around 100 bus drivers previously threatening not to stop at bus stops in the area due to unsafe conditions.
In the past week a motorcycle accident saw this stretch of road closed.

Now finally Greenwich Council may do something about the parking along this stretch of road which residents and bus drivers been have been complaining about for several years.
Although poor standard of driving is also sadly on the increase around the Borough with speed limits traffic lights and even zebra crossing being totally ignored by some drivers.
