Enhanced stop and search powers granted after Plumstead shooting
Police have been granted enhanced Section 60 powers to search members of the public after yesterday’s shooting and murder in Plumstead.
The ares covered includes much of the northern half of Bexley and Greenwich boroughs from Woolwich to Erith. It runs until 3am tomorrow.
Four people were arrested after yesterday’s shooting off Hartville Road near White Hart Road in Plumstead.
