Development plan submitted for site near Sidcup station

Plans have been submitted to redevelop a site at 100 Station Road in Sidcup.

A four-storey block would see 14 flats on site according to documents before Bexley Council. It’s part of the block seen to the right in the above image.

Proposed development

Site owner owner and occupier Judge & Priestly Solicitors are behind the plan.

No affordable” homes are included with a Planning Statement claiming “the scheme cannot viably support additional planning obligations (including affordable housing) without undermining deliverability”.

The plot is about a two minute walk to Sidcup station in an area which has seen a number of developments rise over the past decade, including the block seen below on the former co-op site.

Roxby House located closer to Sidcup High Street has also seen  a proposal to convert into flats.

This site covered that submission back in 2024 and though that plan was refused, a similar application was approved.
