Trespasser on tracks between Lewisham and Blackheath block trains
Trains are currently blocked through Lewisham station after a trespasser was reported on tracks.
Southeastern state that all lines are blocked. A number of trains are being held in the New Cross area.
London buses are currently accepting ticket holders.
UPDATE: The line has reopened but delays and cancellations will be seen.

I bet they don’t know how dangerous live tracks are that are energised with DC 750v 3rd Rail. So many trespassings are happening too often.
Obviously they don’t know how dangerous it can be when trespassing onto railway tracks that do have live conductor rail that carries 750v Direct Current (DC 750v 3rd Rail) through and how these trespassers managed to avoid it is just unbelievable. Even when come into contact with live overhead wires that is energised with 25,000 Alternating Current (AC 25kv OHL) is even more dangerous.
