Greenwich pub changes proposed with rooftop extension
Plans have gone in to add another floor to Belushi’s in Greenwich.
A mansard roof would be built adding another level of accommodation for the site which sees a hostel above Belushi’s.
Located metres from Greenwich station it was formerly known as The Prince of Orange.
Conversion into the current pub and hostel was approved in 1999. The building is locally listed.
Other proposed work includes “replacement of windows with timber framed, double glazing and insertion of new windows to first floor, eastern elevation”.
