Greenwich Old Royal Naval College light show starts today

The Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich is set to welcome a light installation this winter.

An outdoor light and sound installation, Time by Luxmuralis will be lighting up the area in weeks to come.

This is the first time renowned artist duo Luxmuralis are presenting their projections outdoors.

It will offer “captivating wormholes, intricate clockwork, and poignant chapters that have shaped our concept of time, the installation will journey through the historic Undercroft tunnels, Chapel, and the iconic Colonnades of the Old Royal Naval College.”

“In the birthplace of GMT, this striking sound and light installation offers kaleidoscopic visuals blanketed over iconic architecture that explores humanity’s inseparable relationship with time.”

It will run from 12-22 Nov 2025.

  • Perhaps the sale will allow some funds to be reinvested in housing but ultimately a private developer is going to sizable profit margin so it’s going to never be as good a deal for public finances as if the council developed themselves.
