Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich to see London Design Festival exhibit

The Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich is set to host a London Design Festival exhibit next month in the Painted Hall.

The exhibit named Duo will be on show between 14th – 22nd September with a large suspended structure. Turkish designer Melek Zeynep Bulut explores the concepts of duality and interaction.

Events and exhibits will be held across the capital as part of LDF 2024. A programme of events is visible on their website, with the event being held since 2003.

Painted Hall

It’s now five years since a £8.5 million restoration of the Painted Hall was completed.

Since then the building has been open for paid visits and has held other shows such as the suspended moon installation.

This event however is free to enter,  though a ticket is required.

I've lived in south east London most of my life growing up in Greenwich borough and working in the area for many years. The site has contributors on occasion and we cover many different topics. Living and working in the area offers an insight into what is happening locally.
