Blackwall tunnel approach closed northbound due to police incident
Police have closed the Blackwall tunnel northbound including the A102 from Blackheath.
No traffic is permitted beyond the Sun in the Sands roundabout with vehicles directed to leave at the junction.
As a result, traffic is heavy around Greenwich and also on approaches to the Woolwich ferry including Woolwich Church Street and the South Circular.
Buses are liable to be delayed due to congestion.
