Accident near QE Hospital closes Shooters Hill

Shooters Hill is blocked both ways due to an accident near the junction with Baker Street which leads to QE Hospital in Woolwich.

Buses are diverted and traffic queues extend down Well Hall Road towards Eltham.

Routes 89, 178 and 386 are diverted.
