Air Ambulance flew to 62 incidents in Greenwich borough last year

London’s Air Amulance flew to Greenwich borough 62 times in 2018 to deal with a variety of incidents.

I've lived in south east London most of my life growing up in Greenwich borough and working in the area for many years. The site has contributors on occasion and we cover many different topics. Living and working in the area offers an insight into what is happening locally.

    • I support the London Air Ambulance Charity through monthly donations and other off one donations. The crew of the London Air Ambulance crew do amazing work 365 days of the year.

I personally would like to see enough money raised through this very worthy charity to get another helicopter and crew flying 24 hours a day 365 days of the year,
So there are two Air Ambulance helicopters and crews covering Greater London at the same time along with a spare helicopter kept in reserve.
