Help the Murky Depths and add the site as a preferred source for news and events
Just a quick message to say Google have changed their search results and how sites are ranked, with a new way for people select a source to show when searching.
As a result if you enjoy the site click here and tick me as a preferred source so hopefully I remain visible on search engine results.
Google have a page here which explains more about it.
Many thanks. As for the main image chosen it has nothing to do with preferred sources but I liked it. A Networker at the revamped Blackheath station is always a winner.
Independent sites can only continue with the support of readers.

There's the Ko-fi option to buy me a coffee
Many thanks
You can also support the site by adding the Murky Depths as a trusted source in Google here
There's also a Facebook page for the site here
I do hope that you do continue with making more articles and content. Keep up the good work.
Have done so after reading the Google page .
I like your site because of your detailed coverage of transport ,planning and public realm issues linked with your obvious local knowledge.
Much appreciated.
Done, group policy added at work to drip feed it over the next few weeks.
