Cat Café at new Lady Dinah’s Emporium in Greenwich takes shape
Work on a cat café in Greenwich town centre is taking shape as a spiritual successor gets ready to open.
A previous incarnation on Bethnal Green Road closed last year and since then the former manager has bought the rights and is now opening in Greenwich on King William Walk.

If you hadn’t heard, the original Lady Dinah’s gained press attention far and wide as a place people could have a coffee and cake while amongst cats.
Strays or unwanted pets were rescued and kept while a permanent home could be found.
Other cat cafe’s do exist in the capital though none in south east London it appears. The exact location isn’t too far from the University of Greenwich entrance.
No doubt it’ll prove popular with tourists too given its location a short distance from the Cutty Sark.
In fact this one may even see some “Catty Sark” signs appear upon opening. When that exact day is remains to be seen.
