Southeastern line through Greenwich blocked due to ill passenger

A passenger taken ill in Greenwich has seen the line towards Woolwich blocked.

The incident begun around an hour ago (midday) and is still ongoing at the time of writing (1:10pm). Paramedics are on site.

No Southeastern or Thameslink services are running and Thameslink state ticket acceptance is possible on buses.

Engineering work today also means there are no services via Lewisham along the Bexleyheath line.

The only available route along the three Dartford lines heading from London at this time is via Sidcup.

UPDATE: Trains resumed running by mid-afternoon.
