Building planned on Greenwich car park

A five storey building is planned on Greenwich High Road on what is currently a small car park.

It’s a modest development and just a bit of in-fill really, totalling five floors with flats above office space. The proposed building faces Greenwich High Road and sits near the Grade II listed Mumford’s grain silo.

It’s a few metres away from another small piece of land that has approval for a new build, but little has happened in recent years.
