Play Street scheme back in Greenwich borough this summer

Applications are now open to those in Greenwich borough who would like to have a Play Street on their road later this year.

Roads can be closed for a few hours either during the morning or afternoon though not all are eligible. They permit events to be held, and while on people living on a street can still drive to and from their homes at 5mph.

Volunteers are needed to ensure it remains safe.

The deadline for applications is 12th May.
