Greenwich set to see new Ole & Steen Danish bakery

Danish bakery chain Ole & Steen have submitted plans to open in Greenwich town centre.

The company are looking to open at the crescent near Cutty Sark DLR station in a unit formerly home to TSB.

Former TSB unit faces two streets

The unit is ideal given it sees much footfall from the nearby DLR station entrance and exit, plus includes another frontage facing onto Creek Road.

Both frontages will be utilised according to the application.

Ole & Steen have a number of outlets across the capital. Last year they applied to open in Blackheath in another former bank but were rejected by Greenwich Council.

You can view the application from Ole & Steen here.
