Appeal after swans attacked in Thamesmead

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a number of individuals after swans were attacked at Southmere lake in Thamesmead.

The incident occurred near the Lakeside complex.

Anyone with information can email 4114@met.police.uk or ring 101.

As a private renter with a young family, the cost of living is extremely high.

Typical the little idiots pick on innocent animals that cannot fight back. It is s criminal offence to attack or steal Swans so I hope they are caught soon before they can cause more harm to to animals who cannot defend themselves.
