Three swans shot in Thamesmead: Appeal for help

An appeal has been launched after three swans were shot with ball bearings in Thamesmead.

The incidents occurred on 31st October at Southmere Lake.

All three are now recovery at swan sanctuary.

Anyone with information or any witnesses can help by calling 101 and quoting CAD 4259/02Nov

  • Seriously,, WTF is happening to our local area? Fireworks being thrown, Police hurt, along with another stabbing in Woolwich, and now three harmless swans being shot. This all getting beyond a joke… 😡😢
