New Eltham shopping parade on sale for £1.2 million
A shopping parade on Avery Hill Road in New Eltham comprising four units and flats is up for sale at £1.2 million.
The advert states four takeaways on site though the one unit is part Vietnamese food shop and part takeaway. Lai Loi Street is also excellent and let’s hope any sale doesn’t impact upon it.
There’s not many other places nearby that offer Chinese and Vietnamese items in a well stocked little shop. The staff are also wonderful.
The advert states the potential to “add value” to the site.
Back in February 2019 plans were submitted to extend the height and add some “interesting” cladding.
Greenwich planning officers rejected the application. An appeal also failed.
Running a site alone takes time and a fair bit of money. Adverts are far from enough to cover it and my living costs as a private renter.
