New Eltham shop parade to see height extension under new plans
Plans are in for new flats to be built above a New Eltham shopping parade on Avery Hill Road. The parade contains Ruchita Indian restaurant and Pizza Hot4U.
The owners wish to extend the building upwards by adding two floors and include some “lively” cladding.
