Revised plans for homes beside Bexley station

A revised planning application has been made for new homes beside Bexley station.

I covered previous plans back in October last year. They were approved in December. These new plans see revisions and an increase of one flat from approved plans taking the new total to six alongside a height increase.

It’s opposite another site at Tanyard House which is seeing 10 new flats.

There’s a substantial amount of car parking in the area. Don’t be surprised to see housing plans on part of it in coming years.
