Southeastern rail problems persist into evening rush hour

Problems related to a broken track at New Cross this morning have extended into the evening rush hour with warnings of cancellations and “significantly reduced” services.

Metro trains serving suburbs will see a reduction in number. Long distance trains will depart from Victoria instead of Charing Cross.

These trains are cancelled:

Note this does NOT include potential cancellations on Thameslink.

Ticket acceptance is in operation on the tube, DLR and buses.

I've lived in south east London most of my life growing up in Greenwich borough and working in the area for many years. The site has contributors on occasion and we cover many different topics. Living and working in the area offers an insight into what is happening locally.
