Two police officers hospitalised confronting burglars
Two police officers were hospitalised last night confronting burglars on Brayards Road in Nunhead close to Peckham.
Officers responded to reports of a burglary just before 7pm at a residential address.
Upon arrival police attempted to arrest three suspects. A violent fight ensued and two officers were injured.
Both were taken to a south London Hospital and later released.
Anyone with info on the burglary can call police on 101.
