Football violence kicks off near Surrey Quays station in Rotherhithe

Large scale fighting broke out earlier between Millwall and Everton fans near Surrey Quays station as the teams met in the FA Cup.

Video shows police separating fans. Mounted police at one stage drew batons.





TfL have tweeted to say there are are long traffic and bus delays in the area.

The Met have stated one man suffered a slash wound. There are other reports of violence.

A heavy police presence is now in place after the game.
