Appeal after elderly woman mugged in Sidcup

An appeal for information has been launched after an elderly woman was robbed on Walton Road in Sidcup.

A crowdfunding campaign has been set up to help the victim.

Sidcup police stated:

Elderly victim robbed today on WALTON RD around midday. As she approached a house a male came from behind & grabbed her handbag, stealing it after a short struggle. Male described as Eastern European appearance, black trousers with paint on, black gillet and sand coloured boots

If you have any information contact police on 101.

As a private renter with a young family, the cost of living is extremely high.

Support me and the site via Paypal here which allows me to focus time on researching and writing posts alongside taking photographs to document changes. Adverts are far from enough to cover living costs.

Another option is via my Patreon account by clicking here

I also have a Facebook page for the site here

Thank you

I hope this person is caught before other vulnerable people are mugged and become his victims. I hope the lady concerned is ok and wish her well for the future.
