Car crashes and occupants flee in Eltham
A car crashed this morning around 9am on Well Hall Road in Eltham.
The occupants fled the scene with the NPAS helicopter above searching the area.
The 161 bus was on diversion but has recently returned to its normal route.
UPDATE: Its believed the passenger was arrested though the driver fled.
