Shooting in Thamesmead

A shooting incident occurred last night in Thamesmead around 22:35.

The shooting happened at Wilberforce Court by Byron Place which is near the old Boiler House.

The area was taped off this morning.

Police raced to the scene but didn’t locate any victim, who later arrived at hospital.

The victim, in his 20s, was shot in the arm.
