All Odeon cinemas closed until further notice
I expect news like this will now come in thick and fast. Odeon have announced all cinema across the UK will be closed until further notice.
Earlier I covered the closure of all Carphone Warehouse stores on a permanent basis. Odeon’s closure is NOT permanent.

Cineworld’s parent company Regal today announced all cinemas would close in the US – but nothing yet about the UK.
Government support will be essential to business throughout unprecedented times. An announcement is expected later from Government after heavy criticism yesterday when they recommended people not to visit public spaces such as pubs, bars, cinemas and theatres – but didn’t force closure as seen across the world thus companies cannot claim on insurance.
