No Southeastern service along Bexleyheath line – Lewisham signalling problems again

A new year and old problems. Signalling issues at Lewisham mean that the Bexleyheath and Eltham line is currently shut.

Network Rail are trying to locate a signalling fault and rectify before the evening rush hour.

Eltham departure board

Trains are diverted onto the Sidcup line. Buses can be used with rail tickets according to Southeastern.

I've lived in south east London most of my life growing up in Greenwich borough and working in the area for many years. The site has contributors on occasion and we cover many different topics. Living and working in the area offers an insight into what is happening locally.
