Stuck in Charlton traffic? Here’s why

Large panes of glass lying in the road have caused road closures and delays in Charlton and Greenwich.

Thanks to Woolwich Pigeon for pictures of the scene taken near Stone lake retail park, taken when hunting for rumoured scraps of a doner.
