Thameslink trains crippled by power cut

A widespread power cut which hit around an hour ago has caused a complete halt to Thameslink services across London.

Stations are full to bursting across the network. Southeastern are mostly unaffected though routes from Blackfriars are disrupted.

The power cut affected the Victoria Line and traffic signals in parts of the capital.
