Southeastern passengers stuck on trains as another Lewisham fault arises

UPDATE: There are also no DLR services running between Poplar/Canary Wharf and Bank

ORIGINAL: A signal issue at Lewisham has blocked Southeastern rail lines this morning with some trains stuck.

Network Rail are in control of signalling and Lewisham fails regularly. It has sometimes recently seen regular disruption at such an important junction.

Lines are believed to be reopening but with long delays. Passengers can use buses and DLR if you can squeeze onto them.

Running a site alone takes time and a fair bit of money. Adverts are far from enough to cover it and my living costs as a private renter.

I've lived in south east London most of my life growing up in Greenwich borough and working in the area for many years. The site has contributors on occasion and we cover many different topics. Living and working in the area offers an insight into what is happening locally.
