One week until Greenwich’s o2 Icon outlet shopping centre opens

At 10am next Saturday 20th October Icon outlet shopping centre at the o2 will open its doors to the public.

The centre will eventually have 80 shops in a 200,000 square foot designer outlet alongside a forthcoming trampoline park and expanded cinema.

The centre occupies space located to the left upon entering the o2 behind All Bar One.

Opening day will see entertainment laid on including music performances. Georgie and the Vintage Youth will be performing at mid-day.

The centre has taken many years to come to fruition and had a number of delays. Even next week, only half the units will be occupied upon opening. More units are expected to open in the run up to Christmas and into 2019, when Ikea opens further south on the Peninsula.
