Beer festival coming to Woolwich Works
Woolwich Works is set to hold a beer festival next month on Saturday 19 September.
They promise “independent breweries, great food, live music and enough beer to keep even your IPA-snob friend happy.”
They’ll be 24 beers on tap from their own festival bar alongside six local guest breweries offering further drinks.
Tastnbg sessions and food stalls will also be available.
In additon to full day passes they’ll be cheaper “finisher” tickets allowing entry from 4pm. So if out watching football or shopping during the day it’s handy for popping in after.
It’ll run from 12 until late. No, I don’t know what late constitutes. To me that’d be 2am but I doubt that’s the case. I’ll ask them and update when they get back.
Ah, and there’s also a quiz being held late afternoon which those using the cheaper finisher tickets can take part in.
