Incident on A2 in Kidbrooke causing traffic delays

An incident on the A2 in Kidbrooke is causing congestion to build both northbound and southbound this afternoon.

A number of emergency service vehicles are on site on the southbound carriageway towards Kent. Traffic is already backed up to Greenwich.

Traffic has quickly backed up to Greenwich near Blackwall tunnel exit

In the opposite direction towards east London traffic is backing up to the Kidbrooke interchange.

Bus route 335 is liable to have delays.
