New shop and flats plan for Bexleyheath Broadway
A planning application has been submitted for a new shop unit and flats on the Bexleyheath Broadway.
The design for 314-316 Bexleyheath Broadway is very much in keeping with the street, and replaces both a two storey unit and single storey structure next door.
This is the second attempt to secure permission. Bexley refused a previous plan in March this year.
The Design and Access Statement states:
“The planning authority expressed a desire for a more comprehensive development including 312 Broadway. However this was not possible as the owner of 312 does not wish to sell the property. However the proposal has been designed to take into account any future development of 312.”
