Lorry coming from the top end of Broad Walk just after 8 o/c. Hit a van and car near Samuel Montagu Youth Centre.but seems to have avoided other cars until it hit another car at the junction with Woolacombe Road. It then seems to have hit a wall and house on the corner although everything is blocked off. Air ambulance called and it would appear the occupants of the car, including a young child, were airlifted out.

Although I didn’t see the lorry I could hear it travelling at speed as it hit the humps in the road shaking the houses. The driver may have had a sudden illness.
