New flats planned behind Catford Poundland
Plans have been submitted for new flats to the rear of Poundland in Catford. A warehouse to the rear of the site would be partly demolished.
Plans would see: “two x three storey blocks of flats, comprising 9 flats. Block A provides for 3 x 2-bedroom 3-person flats; Block B provides for 6 x 1-bedroom 2-person flats.”
