Greenwich Council: Only go to Woolwich Centre for emergencies

Greenwich Council have asked that people do not visit the Woolwich Centre to make routine payments or purchase parking permits.

The authority state they need to prioritise face-to-face support for our most vulnerable residents.

The library however remains open in the building – though with events cancelled.
