A2 has lane closures and long delays after accident

The A2 has been shut east-bound after an accident though one lane appears to have reopened in the past few seconds.

The incident occurred past Falconwood on the approach to the Danson Park junction at Blendon.

TfL traffic cameras showed no traffic heading eastbound but in the past minute that has changed. Queues are however quickly building. The incident follows an earlier closure of the Dartford crossing.
