New excuse for cancelling train services

So this made me chuckle.

There were delays tonight on the Greenwich line as power had to be cut in the area around London Bridge and Cannon Street.

I went online to see what the cause was and saw this:

I’ve seen plenty of excuses over the years. This one is new to me.

By the way, power has now been restored and services on the move.

  • My favourite ecuse was when a mate’s train was cancelled from Tunbridge Wells “because the driver has forgotten his sunglasses.”
