An accident in Lewisham beside the former Carpetright store has seen a car roll onto its roof on Thurston Road closing the street and disrupting buses based at an adjacent bus stand.
Numerous routes disrupted according to TfL:
THURSTON ROAD, Lewisham – Routes 47, 75, 89, 178, 185, 208, 225, 261, 273, 284, 484, P4 are on diversion via Lewisham Road, due to a collision.

Emergency services are on scene.
On a separate point, the bus stand is eventually planned to become the site of a Bakerloo Line station and carpetright near this incident is to be turned into a tower, with demolition now underway. That is not a factor in tonight’s incident I should add.
