Car goes into wall in Thamesmead

An accident in Thamesmead has seen a car hit a wall on Yarnton Way.

Emergency services are on scene though fortunately it appears the driver is not seriously injured.

Buses are on diversion due to road closures.

Many of the walls lining Yarnton Way are due to be demolished by Peabody in coming years to open up the area.
