An attractive two-storey former care home in Eltham has been put up for sale. Yours for a million.

The building is located at 37 Westmount Road and was operated by Abbeyfield – a charitable organisation that operates retirement and care homes.

Estate agents list the building as suitable for “conversion to a hostel, HMO, apartments, day nursery or surgery”.
