Plans for 67 new homes on green belt land in Sidcup
Outline plans for 67 new homes at Foots Cray near Sidcup have been submitted to Bexley Council.
The site, at 139 North Cray Road, is right near the edge of the borough boundary.

The six acre site is classified as Metropolitan Green Belt land. Housing plans would see low rise dwellings on the site.
The scheme is sure to be controversial though some of the site is currently used to store cars, and the rest is not publicly accessible. Despite that, much of the land is still green space.
