Two arrested in Woolwich today after knife point robbery in Thamesmead

Police have arrested two people in Woolwich today after a knife point robbery in Thamesmead and escape by motorbike.

Greenwich Gangs Unit spotted the suspects in Woolwich who made off, yet after dumping the bike were later caught.

One of the two was wanted for recall to prison. Both were also arrested for robbery.

Motorcycle related crime continues to plague the area. Project Servator has been established to combat motorbike and other crime.
