Roadworks near Plumstead bus garage disrupts buses

Buses that are either based or pass Plumstead bus garage are disrupted due to road works closing lanes in the area.

Long queues have been evident all day along Western Way, Nathan Way and the one-way system around the bus garage.

Today is also a strike day on the railways, with one bus an hour running on Dartford lines.

Queues in Thamesmead stretch back to the roundabout with Western Way and Eastern Way.
