Armed police raid Dartford house – disruption in area

Police have raided a housing on Dartford Road this afternoon (Tuesday 11th May).

A number of armed police are believed to have led one man away. An air ambulance has landed nearby.

Dartford Road is closed with some buses stuck in queues. Expect delays on the 96 and 428.

TfL state:

“DARTFORD ROAD, DA1: Routes 96 and 428 are diverted in both directions due to a police incident. Buses are diverting via Princes Road and Shepherds Lane, with no service between ‘Maiden Lane’ and ‘West Hill School’ in either direction.”
