Plans to demolish house for block of flats in Honor Oak
Plans have been submitted to Lewisham Council to demolish a house and build a block of flats.
The proposal is at 63-65 Brockley View. Plans like this can set a precedent and if one house becomes flats more could follow.
Is this what is needed to solve London’s housing shortage?
